The EVO TROLLEY I is a robust window transport trolley for the safe transport and space-saving storage of assembled windows and glass. It is suitable both as a PVC window transport trolley for PVC window elements and as an aluminium window transport trolley for aluminium windows, heavy frame constructions and sensitive glass surfaces. Developed for daily use in the workshop, installation area, warehouse and shipping, the EVO TROLLEY I supports a clean, fast material flow and at the same time reduces the risk of damage to edges, profiles and surfaces.

Especially in window production, door manufacturing and installation preparation, finished elements often need to be moved multiple times: from final assembly to quality control, from control to packaging and finally to picking and loading. The EVO TROLLEY I is designed precisely for these routes as a professional transport trolley for windows. Thanks to the structured storage, window elements remain separated, stable and accessible at all times. This minimizes contact points, prevents friction and makes loading and unloading easier, even with high throughput.

Stable, maneuverable and securely lockable in daily work

The EVO TROLLEY I is equipped with four castors, two of which have brakes. This makes the window transport trolley easy to maneuver and, when required, safely lock in place, for example during loading and unloading, when temporarily parked at workstations or when staged in the shipping area. The brake function increases work safety and prevents unintended rolling, especially on smooth factory floors or in areas with a slight floor gradient.

In daily use, not only stability matters, but also controlled handling. That is why the EVO TROLLEY I supports smooth maneuvering when transporting sensitive glass elements or large-format PVC and aluminium windows. This makes it an excellent choice as a reliable glass transport trolley and as a universal trolley for internal logistics.

8 compartments for clear storage and safe separation of elements

The EVO TROLLEY I features eight profile compartments with a defined compartment spacing of 145 mm. This spacing ensures that window and glass elements stand securely and are stored with sufficient distance. As a result, the risk of scratches, pressure marks and edge damage is significantly reduced, especially for coated profiles, foiled surfaces or sensitive glass edges.

The clear compartment layout also makes daily organization easier: elements can be picked by order, sequence or customer. This accelerates internal processes and makes the EVO TROLLEY I a practical window storage trolley that creates order and saves time.
