For hinge areas, a semi-automatic, adjustable unit is provided that combines hinge drilling and manual hinge screwing to cover different hinge types in a practical way.
A milling unit is integrated for groove machining, designed for milling the espagnolette groove and milling the hardware groove, and it includes air assistance. In addition, the station has a fully automatic drainage drilling system with four motors for window drainage drilling and drilling the water drainage hole. Visual process support is provided via laser pointer positioning to quickly check reference points and further accelerate workflow, especially for sashes made from aluminium profiles for aluminium windows and aluminium doors.
