The EVO DUST PRO is a compact dust extraction system for process-reliable collection of chips, dust and machining residues when processing aluminium, metal, PVC, plastic and wood. In daily production it supports clean work areas, reduces deposits on machine tables and guides, and improves process stability during sawing, milling and drilling operations. Especially when machining aluminium profiles, PVC profiles, plastic profiles and wood profiles, the EVO DUST PRO ensures a constant material removal flow that visibly increases machining quality and cleanliness in production.

Extraction during sawing, milling and drilling

The EVO DUST PRO is used as dust extraction and chip extraction on machines such as mitre saws, double mitre saws, milling machines, CNC machining centers and drilling stations. As a dust extraction system for aluminium and dust extraction system for metal, it is suitable for extracting chips directly at the point of generation. At the same time, as a dust extraction system for PVC and dust extraction system for plastic, it is a reliable solution for light chips and fine dust, as produced during milling, notching or drilling. In wood processing, the EVO DUST PRO supports a clean and orderly workshop environment as a dust extraction system for wood and reduces dust exposure in work areas.

Performance and technical design

Constant extraction performance for aluminium, metal, PVC, plastic and wood

With an extraction capacity of 700 m³/h, the EVO DUST PRO is designed for typical dust and chip applications in the processing of aluminium, metal, PVC, plastic and wood. The drive operates with 3 kW at 3000 rpm and is intended for 400 V at 50/60 Hz. For connecting to machines, common port diameters 125 mm and 150 mm are available; the air velocity is 28 m/s, ensuring reliable chip transport.

Filter bag and chip bag for easy disposal

The EVO DUST PRO is supplied as standard with a filter bag and a chip bag. This keeps maintenance and disposal straightforward in daily operation. The compact design enables space-saving integration into production lines and workshops.

Dimensions

The EVO DUST PRO has dimensions of 660 x 1425 x 2080 mm and a weight of 79 kg, allowing flexible positioning in production areas.
